六味安消胶囊治疗消化性溃疡53例疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:观察六味安消胶囊治疗消化性溃疡的效果。方法:治疗组53例用六味安消胶囊,对照组49例用雷尼替丁治疗。结果:两组总有效率比较无显著性差异(P>0.05),但治疗组临床主症疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。3个月后溃疡病复发率治疗组7.54%、对照组38.77%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:六味安消胶囊治疗消化性溃疡效果较好。Objective： To observe the effect of Liuwei Anxiao Capsule on peptic ulcer. Method： 53 cases were treated with Liuwei Anxiao Capsule as the study group while 49 cases were treated with ranitidiue as the control group. Result： There was no significant difference between the two groups （ P 〉 0. 05 ）, but the therapeutic effect on main clinical symptom of the study group was superior to that of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. After 3 months, the recurrent rate of the ulcer of the study group was 7.54% while that of the control group was 38.77%. The study group was superior to the control group （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion： Liuwei Anxiao Capsule has good effect on peptic ulcer.
