重叠褥式缝合法重建人中嵴在单侧唇裂Ⅱ期修复中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨重叠褥式缝合在口轮匝肌功能复位的基础上重建患侧人中嵴的方法。方法对单侧完全性唇裂患者施行唇裂术后鼻唇畸形整复术，同时采用重叠褥式缝合法重建人中嵴。自2010年6月至2011年6月，共治疗23例患者。结果所有患者均I期愈合，随访3～11个月，平均5．6个月。其中19例非常满意，2例效果一般，2例效果欠佳。结论通过重叠褥式缝合法可增高人中嵴处的肌肉厚度，加深人中凹，使部分患者人中嵴的外观接近正常。人中嵴的静态美与动态美都有明显的改善。Objective To explore a method for the construction of phihrum column with overlapping mattress sutures in secondary cleft lip repair. Methods From July 2010 to July 2011, totally 23 patients with secondary unilateral cleft lip deformities were treated by creating phihruml column with overlapping mattress sutures. Results All cases healed primarily. After 3 to 11 months following up （ average 5.6 months） , 19 of 23 patients were satisfied with their good results , 2 had fair results and the results of other 2 patients were below the mark. Conclusion The muscle in the philtrum column was thickened with overlapping mattress sutures and the philtrum was then deepened which was almost the same with the normal philtrum column. Statical and dynamic beauty of the philtrum column was improved.
