摘　　要：目的:探讨早期自然流产患者蜕膜绒毛组织中血小板活化因子受体(PAF-R)与血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的表达水平。方法:将2008年1月至2009年12月期间在广东省深圳市龙岗区第二人民医院妇产科收治的60例患者分为3组:稽留流产组(Ⅰ组)、先兆流产(Ⅱ组)、正常早孕组(Ⅲ组),每组各20例采用积分光度法及免疫组织化学法对3组患者蜕膜绒毛组织中PAF-R、VEGF的表达情况进行分析。结果:(1)PAF-R、VEGF在3组患者蜕膜绒毛组织中的表达均呈阳性。(2)PAF-R、VEGF表达水平:Ⅰ组<Ⅱ组<Ⅲ组(均P<0.05)。结论:PAF-R、VEGF表达降低普遍存在于早期自然流产患者中,PAFR、VEGF表达的降低可能是导致早期自然流产的重要因素。Objective： To determine the expression of platelet activating factor receptor （PAF-R） and vascular endothelial growth factor （VEGF） in decidual and villous tissues from patients with early spontaneous abortion. Methods： Sixty women registered to the Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics in our hospital between January 2008 and December 2009 were assigned to three groups ： missed abortion group （ group I ）, threatened abortion group （group Ⅱ ） and normal early pregnancy group （group Ⅲ） （n = 20 each ）. Immunohistochemical techniques and integral optical density analytical method were used to study the expression of PAF-R and VEGF in decidual and villous tissues from three groups of patients. Results ： （ 1 ） Expression of PAF-R and VEGF were found positive in decidual and villous tissue of all patients. （2） The expression levels of PAF-R and VEGF were highest in Group Ill ,followed by group Ⅱ and group I （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion：The low expression of PAF-R and VEGF was common in patients with early spontaneous abortion, which might be an important factor that leads to early spontaneous abortion.
