门诊宫腔镜电切术治疗子宫黏膜下肌瘤98例

摘　　要：目的:探讨门诊宫腔镜治疗子宫黏膜下肌瘤的疗效及安全性方法:回顾性分析2006年9月至2011年5月广州军区广州总医院应用宫腔镜检查同时行电切术治疗的98例子宫黏膜下肌瘤患者的临床资料结果:患者手术均一次成功,手术时间10～40min,平均手术15min,术中无并发症发生,术后99%的患者月经正常,无1例复发结论:门诊宫腔镜检查及电切治疗子宫黏膜下肌瘤能保留子宫的完整性,安全、损伤小,患者恢复快、痛苦轻。Objective： To assess the efficacy and safety of out-patient hysteroscopic treatment of uterine submucosal leiomyoma. Methods ： We did a retrospective study on the clinical profiles of 98 patients with uterine submucosal leiomyoma who simuhaneously underwent hysteroscopy and eleetrocision in Guangzhou General Military Hospital between September 2006 and May 2011. Results： All patients had been treated with single operation successfully within 10 -40 minutes （average：15 minutes）. No complication was reported during the operation. Menstruation appeared normal in 99% of patients without relapse thereafter. Conclusion：Out-patient hysteroscopy in combination with electrocision of uterine submucosal leiomyoma is related to high safety, minor injuries ,rapid recovery and diminished agony and may be applied as the first-line therapeutic regimen as a consequence of securing the intact uterus.
