摘　　要：目的:应用超声斑点追踪技术(STI)和组织多普勒技术(TDI)定量评价葱白治疗急性心肌梗死大鼠的效果。方法:SD大鼠40只,随机分为假手术组10只、空白模型组10只、葱白提取物组10只、硝酸甘油组10只。解剖M型超声测量其左室舒张末期及收缩末期内径,计算左室缩短率(FS)、射血分数(EF),并获取左室短轴乳头肌水平图像,测定径向应变(RS)及环向应变(CS)。用TDI在四腔心二尖瓣前后叶瓣环处测量舒张早期运动速度(Ea)、舒张晚期运动速度(Aa),并计算Ea/Aa。结果:与空白模型组相比,葱白提取物组左室RS和CS均有提高(P<0.05);与硝酸甘油组相比,葱白提取物组二尖瓣环TDI参数Ea、Aa明显提高(P<0.05)。结论:STI和TDI技术可以定量评价急性心肌梗死大鼠左室收缩和舒张功能。Objective： To quantitatively assess the significance of Bulbus Allii Caespitosi in the treatment of acute myocardial in-farction rats by speckle tracking imaging（STI） and tissue Doppler imaging（TDI）. Methods： Forty SD rats were randomly divid-ed into four groups： sham-operation group, acute myocardial infarction group, Bulhus Allii Caespitosi group and nitroglycerin group. Left ventricular internal diameter at diastole（LVIDd）, systole（LV1Ds）, fractional shortening（FS） and ejection fraction （EF） were measured with anatomical M-model echocardiography. Two-dimensional images were recorded from the left ventric-ular short-axis views at the papillary muscle level. Radial strain（RS）and circumferential strain（CS） of each segment were meas-ured at systolic period. Ea, Aa, Ea/Aa were measured in four cavity heart before and after mitral valve （MV） in plain disc ring by TDI. Results： Compared with acute myocardial infarction group, left ventricular RS and the CS of Bulbus Allii Caespitosi group were improved, which was compared with nitroglycerin group. The record of Ea of mitral valve had been significantly improved and exceed to Aa （ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： STI and TDI can quantitatively assess the systolic function and diastolic function of left ventricular of acute myocardial infarction rats.
