摘 要:目的建立测定大鼠血清中三七皂苷R1、人参皂苷Rg1、Rb1含量的方法。方法采用Kromasil 100-5C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙睛-0.2%磷酸水溶液,梯度洗脱;紫外检测波长203 nm,流速1 ml/min,柱温25℃。结果三七皂苷R1、人参皂苷Rg1、Rb1均在0.2~500μg/ml的浓度范围内线性关系良好,方法回收率分别为101.58%、103.98%和101.91%,日内、日间相对标准偏差低于15%。结论本法操作简便,灵敏度高,快速可靠,适用于三七皂苷R1、人参皂苷Rg1、Rb1的血清浓度测定。Objective To establish a HPLC method for determination of Sanchinoside R] and Ginsenoside Rgl, Rbl in rat serum. Methods HPLC with Kromasil 100 -5C18 column (250 mm×4. 6 mm, 5μm) was used, with acetonitrile - 0.2% phosphoric acid ( gradient elution) as a mobile phase. The detection wavelength was set at 203 nm, flow rate was 1 ml/min, and column temperature was ambient. Results The linear range was within 0.2 - 500 μg/ml, the average recovery of R1 ,Rgl and Rbl was 101.58% , 103.98% and 101.91% , respectively. RSD of within-day and between-day were lower than 15%. Conclusion This method is suitable for serum concentration determination of R1, Rgl and Rbl.
