摘　　要：分析了特价图书产生的原因,探讨了其对图书馆、出版单位的影响,并就小型图书馆如何有选择地采购特价书提出了具体策略。This paper analyzes the reasons of the generation of special price books, probes into the influence of special price books on publishers and libraries, and puts forward some concrete measures for small libraries to selectively acquisition the special price books.
