摘　　要：阐述了传统图书馆在发展过程中所面临的局限性,分析了网络环境下图书馆的新定位,从重新审视新的发展环境、强化数字化发展战略、开展多元化知识服务、坚持人才发展战略等方面探讨了网络环境下图书馆如何实施可持续发展战略的问题。This paper expounds the limitations of traditional library in its development, analyzes the new positioning of the library under the network environment, and probes into the problem of how the library to implement sustainable development strategy under the network environment from aspects of taking a new look at the new development environment, strengthening the digitalization development strategy, carrying out the diversified knowledge service, and insisting on talent development strategy, etc.
