摘　　要：阐述了对《关于规范建设项目压覆矿产资源审批管理工作的通知》的学习体会,指出对工程建设项目必须规范建设项目压覆矿产资源审批管理工作,了解拟建工程所在地区的矿产资源规划、矿产资源分布和矿业权设置情况,为建设单位查询提供便利条件。This paper expounds the experiences of studying 〈Standardization of the Examination and Approval Administration Work for the Construction Project Constructed Over Mineral Resources 〉, and points out that for a construction project, the examination and approval administration work for the construction project constructed over mineral resources must be standardized, and the mineral resources planning, mineral resources distribution and mining rights＇ setting of the proposed construction project area must be learned for offering convenience for construction unit＇ s inquires.
