海啸灾害紧急救援队模块编组探讨

摘　　要：海啸是极其严重的自然灾害。本文综合分析了海啸灾害类型、伤情和救援阶段特点，运用非战争军事行动中卫勤模块化原理，对应急救援医疗队进行了组织的模块化设计，通过模块的灵活拆分和组合，对海啸灾害救援的不同阶段提出了不同的编组方案，期望在未来海啸灾害救援中达到医疗资源的最佳配置，进一步提高救援队卫勤保障能力。Tsunami is considered as one of most extremely serious natural disasters. Types of tsunamis, related injuries, features in different rescue phases, as well as the non-military medical modular principle and the organization designed with adopting the modular were introduced and analyzed in this paper. It is expected to provide valuable reference for future disaster rescue mission.
