摘　　要：根据国家"十二五"发展纲要要求,以产业理论和可持续发展理论为基础,分析了天然气产业体系的内涵,勾勒了中国天然气产业体系的结构模式,提出以建立天然气工业基地、强化国际合作和开发海外天然气资源、积极培育高效的天然气利用产业集群、发展天然气服务产业、完善天然气政策环境、健全天然气(交易)市场体系等为途径,促进天然气产业体系协调发展。As the domestic and foreign environment for the development of natural gas changes significantly, China's economic and social development necessitates the development of a clean and efficient natural gas industry. China is badly in need of defining and building the natural gas industry system. In this paper, according to the state 'Twelfth Five Year' Development Program, and based on the industrial theory and the sustainable development theory,the connotation of the natural gas industry system is analyzed and the structural mode of the industrial system is established. It is advised to promote the healthy and coordinated development of the natural gas industry system by establishing industrial bases, enhancing international cooperation, exploiting overseas natural gas resources,fostering efficient natural gas utilization industry groups,developing the natural gas service industry, improving the natural gas policy environment and perfecting the natural gas (trade) market system.
