Performance evaluation of nickel based catalyst LY-2005 and palladium based catalyst LD-265 for hydrosaturation of C4 olefin

摘  要:在45 mL固定床绝热评价装置上考察了中国石油兰州化工研究中心研发的LY-2005镍基催化剂和法国IFP公司研发的LD-265钯基催化剂碳四烯烃加氢饱和性能。结果表明:在产品烯烃质量分数相当的情况下,LY-2005镍基催化剂反应温度比LD-265钯基催化剂低20℃左右,说明LY-2005镍基催化剂碳四烯烃加氢饱和性能优于LD-265钯基催化剂,更加适于烯烃质量分数较高的物料加氢,具有十分良好的工业应用前景。A comparative study for hydrosaturation performance of C4 olefins with nickel based catalyst LY-2005 developed by Lanzhou Petrochemical Research Center and palladium based catalyst LD-265 developed by Institut Francais Du Petrole,is carried out in a 45 mL adiabatic fixed bed. The results show that, with the similar amount of C4 olefins, the reaction temperature catalyzed by LY-2005 is lower than that of LD-265, which indicates that the hydrosaturation performance of C4 olefins catalyzed by LY-2005 is better than that of latter. It makes the LY-2005 more suitable for the hydrosaturation of C4 olefins with higher concentration and is very promising for the industrial atmlieations.
