肺炎支原体肺炎患儿血清IL-6、IL-18和hs-CRP水平检测和意义

摘　　要：目的探讨肺炎支原体肺炎(MPP)患儿血清白细胞介素6(IL-6)、白细胞介素18(IL-18)和超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平变化,并探讨在MPP发生、发展中的作用。方法选择MPP患儿60例,检测其急性期和恢复期血清IL-6、IL-10和h-CRP水平,并与正常对照组进行比较。结果 MPP急性期患儿血清IL-6、IL-10和h-CRP水平明显增高,MPP恢复期显著降低(P<0.01);MPP急性期血清IL-6、IL-18水平与hs-CRP正相关(P<0.05);血清IL-6与IL-18与水平呈正相关P<0.05)。结论 IL-6、IL-18和h-CRP等炎性介质参与了MP的发生、发展;联合检测血清IL-6、IL-18和hs-CRP水平有助于MP病情严重程度的判定。Objective To explore the changes of interleukin-6,interleukin-18 and hypersensitive C-reactive protein in children with Mycoplasma pneumonia pneumonia,and to discuss the occurring and developing of MMP.Methods To detect the levels of IL-6,IL-18 and hs-CRP in the serum of 26 patients of acute stage and recovery stage of MMP and contrast with normal controls.Results IL-6,IL-18 and hs-CPR level in acute stage MMP was significantly higher and was significantly lower in recovery stage MMP than that in normal controls（P〈0.01）;IL-6 and IL-18 levels in acute stage MMP were positively correlated with hs-CPR（P〈0.05）;IL-6 and IL-18 levels were positive correlation（P〈0.05）.Conclusions Inflammatory mediators IL-6,IL-18 and hs-CPR participated the progress of MMP occurring and developing;Combined Assays of IL-6,IL-18 and hs-CPR levels contributes to determine the severity of MMP.
