改良导尿术及拔尿管法对老年前列腺增生患者的影响

摘　　要：目的观察导尿及拔尿管时采用不同的润滑剂所产生的效果。方法将100例老年前列腺增生伴尿潴留患者按住院号的单双数分为试验组和对照组,各50例,试验组采用盐酸丁卡因胶浆作为导尿及拔尿管的润滑剂,对照组采用传统导尿术及拔尿管法以石蜡油为润滑剂,观察两组患者一次性插管及拔管的成功率。结果试验组一次性导尿及拔管的成功例数为50例,成功率100%;对照组一次性导尿成功35例,成功率70%;拔管成功例数为43例,成功率为86%,两者比较(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论使用盐酸丁卡因胶浆给老年前列腺增生伴尿潴留的患者导尿或拔尿管成功率高,操作简单,安全,起效快,患者痛苦减轻,出血少,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the effect of catheterization and pulling catheter produced by different lubricants.Methods 100 cases of elderly prostate hyperplasia patients with urinary retention were divided into experimental group and control group according to odd and even numbers in hospital,each group was 50 cases,experimental group received Tetracaine Hydrochloride Mucilage as lubricants of catheterization and the pulling catheter,control group received traditional catheterization and pulling catheter with paraffin oil as lubricants,observed the success rate of one-off intubation and extubation in the two groups.Results The number of cases for the one-off successful catheterization and extubation in the experimental group was 50 cases,the rate of success was 100%;the number of cases for one-off successful catheterization was 35 cases,the rate of success was 75%;the number of successful extubation was 43 cases,success rate was 86%,compared the both（P〈0.05）,the difference was significant.Conclusions Tetracaine Hydrochloride Mucilage has high successful rate,operated simply,safely,fast onset,relieved patients’ pain,less bleeding,and is worthy of clinical application.
