社会支持、应对方式与妊娠期糖尿病患者授权能力的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨妊娠期糖尿病患者应对方式、家庭亲密度适应性与授权能力的关系。方法采用一般情况调查表、糖尿病授权简化量表(DES-SF)、社会支持评定量表(SSRS)、医学应对方式问卷(MCMQ)对307名妊娠期糖尿病患者进行调查。结果妊娠期糖尿病患者的授权得分与主观支持、对支持的利用水平、面对应对方式呈正相关(P<0.05),与屈服和回避应对方式呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论护理人员可引导妊娠期糖尿病患者采取积极的应对方式并调动社会支持系统,以提高患者的授权能力。Objective To explore the correlations between social support, coping styles, empowerment among gestational diabetes mellitus pregnant women. Methods A cross-sectional survey was conducted among 307 gestational diabetes mellitus pregnant women. They were investigated with the gravida general situation questionnaire, Social Support Rating Scale （SSRS）, Medical Coping Modes Ques- tionnaire（MCMQ ）and Gestational Diabetes Mellitus Empowennent Scale Short Form（DES-SF）. Results Empowerment was significantly correlated with confront, subjective support and availability of social support （P〈0.05）, while negatively correlated with avoidance and resignation （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Nurses should guide gestational diabetes mellitus pregnant women to adopt positive coping strategies and mobilize social support system, thereby improving maternal empowerment ability.
