抚触结合非营养性吸吮对低体重新生儿生理性黄疸的作用观察

摘　　要：目的探讨抚触结合非营养性吸吮对低体重新生儿生理性黄疸的影响。方法将120例低体重新生儿依据辅助喂养方式的不同分为3组,胃管喂养结合非营养性吸吮(A组),胃管喂养结合抚触(B组),胃管喂养结合非营养性吸吮和抚触(C组),每组40例。记录平均日排便次数、平均日排便量、胎粪排尽时间、黄疸持续时间、经皮胆红素(TCB)动态变化情况。结果胎粪排尽时间、黄疸持续时间和TCB比较,C组小于A组、B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);平均日排便次数、平均日排便量比较,C组大于A组、B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论非营养性吸吮和抚触可促进低体重新生儿胃肠道发育,减轻生理性黄疸程度。Objective To explore the outcomes of massaging and touching combined with non-nutritive sucking on the physiological jaundice in the newborn with low birth weight（LBW）. Methods According to the different feeding styles, one hundred and twenty patients were randomly divided into three groups. The cases had been fed by nasogastric feedings combined with non-nutritive sucking belonging to Group A（n=40）, The cases had been fed by nasogastric feedings combined with massaging and touching belonging to Group B（n=40）, The cases had been fed by nasogastric feedings combined non-nutritive sucking and massaging and touching belonging to Group C（n=40）. These data had been kept down： the average daily defecate frequency, the average daily defecate weight, the meconium exhausting time, the duration of jaundice, the transeutaneous bilirubin（TCB）. Results The meconium exhausting time, the duration of jaundice, the TCB in Group C were significantly less than Group A and Group B （P〈0.05）. The average daily defecate frequency, the average daily defecate weight in Group C were significantly more than Group A and Group B（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The non-nutritive sucking and massaging and touching could improve the development of gastrointestinal function, to alleviate the physiological jaundice in the newborn with LBW.
