摘　　要：总结了特大面积烧伤患者经创面行深静脉置管的可行性及护理方法。包括穿刺前、中、后的护理,并发症的预防等。认为经创面行深静脉穿刺置管输液,可提高重度烧伤患者的抢救成功率。Summarized the feasibility and nursing of deep-vein catheter through the wound on the extensive burn patients. It included the nursing during the puncture procedure, and the prevention of complications. That could conclude that the infusion through the deep-vein catheter can increase the survival rate of patients with extensive burn.
