在静脉药物配置中心使用75%乙醇喷雾法与复合碘擦拭法消毒瓶盖的效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨在静脉药物配置中心使用75%乙醇喷雾法与复合碘擦拭法消毒药瓶盖的效果。方法取用同一厂家、同一批号的静脉配置药物,80个安瓿瓶(含1.8g还原型谷胱甘肽)分2组,实验组喷雾法消毒(75%乙醇),对照组擦拭法消毒(茂康复合碘),对消毒前、后2组细菌培养结果进行比较,观察2种方法的操作时间和待干时间。结果 2组消毒前后菌落数组间比较差异均无统计学意义,2组的消毒合格率达100%。喷雾法操作时间为(0.48±0.12)s,明显短于擦拭法的(3.65±1.21)s,但待干时间喷雾法为(0.63±0.18)s,却显著长于擦拭法(0.42±0.08)s。喷雾法平均每个安瓿使用消毒液0.2ml,而擦拭法平均每个安瓿使用消毒液0.4ml,消耗1根棉签。结论 75%乙醇消毒液喷雾法与复合碘擦拭法具有相同的消毒效果。喷雾法具有操作时间短,使用消毒液量少,节约资源,不需要使用棉签,对减少浪费,减少医疗废物,降低医疗成本具有重要的意义,值得在临床推广应用。Objective To explore the disinfection efficacy of 75% alcohol spray and comb-iodine swab on bottle cap disinfection in PIVAS. Methods A total of 80 ampoule bottle which collected from same manufacturer and same batch number, Which were divided into 75% alcohol spray group and comb-iodine swab group. The samples of before and after disinfection in each group were collected and observed of their bacterial cuhure result. Meanwhile, observed the operation time and drying time of two groups. Results There was no significant difference between the two groups of the number of bacteria. The qualification rate of both groups were 100%.The operation time of 75% alcohol spray was （0.48±0.12）s,witch was significantly less than that in comb-iodine swab group （3.65±1.21）s. Well, the drying time in 75% alcohol spray group was （0.63±0.18）s, witch was significant longer than that in comb-iodine swab group （0.42±0.08）s. It would cost 0.2ml alcobol in 75% alcohol spray group every time, and 0.4ml comb-iodine and orie cotton bud in comb-iodine swab group every time. Conclusion It is equal disinfection efficacy in both 75% alcohol spray group and comb-iodine swab group. Spray disinfection spend shorter operating time, less use of disinfectant, and without use of cotton bud. 75% alcohol spray is good for less dissipate and less medical waste, and it play an important role in reducing medical costs.
