剖宫产术中预防腹壁切口子宫内膜异位症的护理干预

摘　　要：目的探讨针对性护理干预措施在剖宫产术中预防腹壁子宫内膜异位症的效果。方法观察组选择2008年1月～2010年11月在本院剖宫产术中采取针对性护理干预的产妇828例回访;对照组选择2005年1月～2007年12月在剖宫产术中护士采取常规干预措施的产妇835例调查。结果观察组剖宫产术后腹壁切口子宫内膜异位症发生率为0(0/828),低于对照组4%(33/835),差异有统计学意义(χ2=32.104,P<0.01)。结论剖宫产术中护士采用正确方法干预后能有效防止腹壁切口子宫内膜异位症的发生。Objective To investigate effect of nursing intervention measures on preventing cesarean section abdominal incision endometriosis. Methods Selected 828 cases of women who had cesarean section with nursing measures targeted to prevente abdominal incision endometriosis in our hospital from January 2008 to November 2010 as observation group. Selected 835 cases of women who had cesarean section with conventional nursing intervention in our hospital from January 2005 to December 2007 as control group. Results Incidence rate of cesarean section abdominal incision endometriosis of the observation group is 0（0/828）, which is lower than that of the control group of 4%（ 33/835 ）, and difference has statistically significant （X2=32.104,P=0.00〈0.01）. Conclusion During cesarean sections,the proper nursing intervention measures can effectively prevent the occurrence of abdominal incision endometriosis.
