摘  要:以三交河煤矿504工作面地质条件为工程背景,利用离散元数值分析软件探究工作面煤壁片帮可控因素之间的关系,包括端面距离、支架工作阻力和水平支护力;通过现场实测验证表明:504工作面所选用的ZY7600/26/55双柱掩护式支架的结构和参数满足安全生产需要。Taking No. 504 face of Sanjiaohe Coal Mine as engineering background, with the discrete element numerical analysis software, the paper has analyzed the relationships between some controllable factors of rib spalling in fully mechanized face with large mining height in shallow-buried thick seam including end-face distance, support resistance and horizontal supporting force. The field test shows that the structure and parameters of ZY7600/26/55 two-leg shield supports employed in 504 face shield have met the needs of safe production.
