摘　　要：基因工程自诞生以来,在提高植物的农艺和园艺品质上发挥着巨大作用的同时,其安全性也一直是人们争论的焦点。其安全性争论主要集中在导入的目的基因,以及标记基因是否会对食品安全和生态平衡造成威胁。就植物基因工程中标记基因的安全利用作一论述和评价。Genetic engineering has played a vital role in improving the agricultural and horticultural quality in plants since it produced. However its security also has been a focus in debate, which mainly concentrates in the target gene and selective marker gene which can be a threat of the food safety and ecological balance. The paper makes a review and evaluation on the safety use of selective marker gene in plant genetic engineering.
