摘 要:为了解决工程实践中渗透注浆浆液扩散半径计算公式相对缺乏及应用性差的问题,在相关假设的基础上,根据达西定律推导出新的渗透注浆浆液扩散半径的计算公式。推导分为注浆孔穿越及未穿越被注岩层两种情况,综合考虑了注浆孔与被注岩层层面夹角及浆液的黏度时变性因素。公式在宁夏某煤矿立井工作面预注化学浆工程中试用,通过在现场工程实践检验,公式具有较好的实用价值。研究对渗透注浆的设计及质量评价具有应用价值。In order to solve the problem which permeation radius calculation formula was rare and its application was relatively poor in engineering practice, on the basis of the related assumptions, according to Darcy fixed-rate, new formula of penetration radius was derived. In the derivation, the grouting holes were divided into the ones crossing and not crossing the rock stratum, the angle between the grouting hole and grouting rock stratum, and the viscosity time-varying of the slurry were taken into comprehensive consideration. The formula was applied for the first time to a coal mine in Ningxia, the formula had a good practical value through the engineering practice test. This research may be a reference to permeation grouting design and quality evaluation.
