某炼钢厂老厂房的结构鉴定及加固处理

摘　　要：对20世纪60年代建造的某炼钢厂老厂房进行结构安全检测鉴定,混凝土柱、屋架、托架及屋面板等存在顺筋裂缝,混凝土脱落、钢筋锈蚀,柱间支撑及屋盖支撑存在较多缺陷且设置不足,存在较大安全隐患。结合震害经验确定加固设计方案,对混凝土下柱采用外包钢套及加大截面综合法进行加固,对混凝土上柱、屋架及托架采用钢构套加固,混凝土屋面板更换为钢屋面板,完善抗震构造措施,取得了较好的加固效果。Structure inspection and appraisal of a steel plant＇s old factory building was carried out, the results showed that for reinforced concrete members such as columns, roof trusses, trussed girders and roof panels, cracks occurred along steel bars, peeling of concrete covers and corrosion of steel bars. Also there were many defects of roof bracings and bracings between columns, and the number of bracings was insufficient. There were many serious security troubles to the factory building. A reinforcement design was made based on experiences of earthquake disasters. The lower concrete columns were strengthened with section enlarging and steel plate, the upper concrete columns, roof trusses and trussed girders were strengthened with steel frame. The old concrete roof panels were replaced With the steel ones, and seismic measures were improved. Good result was obtained for the strengthening of the factory building, and the design could he referred by the strengthening of similar structures.
