复方南星止痛膏治疗痛痹型膝关节骨性关节炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察复方南星止痛膏治疗痛痹型膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将80例痛痹型膝关节骨性关节炎患者随机分为治疗组、对照组各40例,治疗组采用复方南星止痛膏加抗骨增生胶囊治疗,对照组采用狗皮膏加抗骨增生胶囊治疗。观察临床疗效、Lysholm膝关节评分量表、疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)等情况。结果:治疗组治愈31例,显效6例,好转2例,无效1例,愈显率为92.5%。对照组治愈22例,显效7例,好转6例,无效5例,愈显率为72.5%。2组愈显率比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗后Lysholm膝关节评分升高,与治疗前比较,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05);2组组间治疗后比较,差异也有显著性意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗后VAS降低,与治疗前比较,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05);2组组间治疗后比较,差异也有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:复方南星止痛膏治疗痛痹型膝关节骨性关节炎疗效显著,值得临床推广。Objective; To observe the clinical efficacy of Compound Nanxing Zhitong Ointment on agonizing-arthragia type knee osteoarthritis （KOA）. Methods; Eighty patients with agonizing-arthragia type KOA were equally randomized into two groups. The treatment group was treated with Compound Nanxing Zhitong Ointment and Anti-hyperostosis Capsules, and the control group was given Goupi Ointment and Anti-hyperostosis Capsules. The therapeutic effect was evaluated by the scores of Lysholm knee rating scale and pain visual analog scale. Results： In the treatment group, 31 patients were cured, 6 markedly effective, 2 improved, one ineffective, and the markedly effective rate was 92.5%. In the control group, 22 were cured, 7 markedly effective, 6 improved, 5 ineffective, and the markedly effective rate was 72.5%. The difference of the markedly effective rate was significant between two groups（P〈 0.05）. After treatment, the Lysholm knee scores of two group were significantly increased and VAS scores were significantly decreased compared with those before treatment （P 〈 0.05）, and the differences were significant between the two groups （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion; The effect Compound Nanxing Zhitong Ointment is ex- traordinary for the treatment of agonizing-arthragia type knee osteoarthritis, which is expected to be used in clinic extensively.
