摘　　要：目的:观察蛇炮簕对EB病毒壳抗原(EBV-VCA)在体外细胞表达的抑制作用。方法:采用四甲基偶氮唑盐(MTT)法证实蛇炮簕提取液对B95-8细胞无毒性后,采用免疫酶法研究蛇炮簕提取液对B95-8细胞EBV-VCA表达的抑制作用。结果:无毒性浓度的蛇炮簕提取液对正丁酸钠、巴豆油联合激发的EBV-VCA表达有较明显抑制作用,且随浓度增加而抑制作用加强。结论:蛇炮簕有较强的体外抑制鼻咽癌EBV-VCA表达的作用,值得进一步研究。Objective： To evaluate the inhibitory effect of the root of Rubus reflexus on the expression of viral capsid antigen of Epstein-Barr virus （EBV） in B95-8 cells. Methods： MTT method was used to observe the non-cytotoxic action of Rubus reflexus root. The influences of Rubus reflexus root on the expression of viral capsid antigen of Epstein-Barr virus in B95-8 cells were studied by indirect immunoenzyme method. Results： The expression of EBV capsid ＇antigen induced by sodium butyrate and croton o#1 was inhibited by non-cytotoxic dose of t Rubus refiexus root, and the inhibition was does-dependent. Conclusion： Rubus reflexus root shows certain effect on in-vitro inhibition of EBV capsid antigen expression in B95-8 cells, which is worth of further research.
