摘 要:为了保障大型工业应用旋流-静态微泡浮选柱的旋流分选效果,设计了多旋流分选结构来代替原先的单旋流分选结构,利用FLUENT软件对这2种旋流分选结构进行的数值模拟和对比分析表明,多旋流分选结构入料横截面与中心纵剖面的速度都明显高于单旋流结构,因而其中的旋流力场和矿物浮选速度也大于单旋流结构;多旋流分选结构浮选柱内部的湍流强度明显高于单旋流结构浮选柱,所以多旋流结构更有利于强化气泡矿化效果,提高微细矿物的分选指标。In order to assuring the effect of cyclonic separation in cyclonic-static micro-bubble flotation column for large-scale industrial application,multi-cyclonic separation structure was designed to replace the original single cyclonic separation structure.Numerical simulation and comparative analysis of the two cyclonic separation structure were carried out by FLUENT software,and the results show that:Velocity of multi-cyclonic separation structure cross section and central longitudinal profile is significantly higher than single cyclonic separation structure,so its cyclonic force field and mineral flotation rate is bigger than single cyclonic separation structure.The internal turbulence strength is also significantly stronger than single cyclonic separation structure,so multi-cyclonic separation structure is more beneficial to strengthening mineralization effect and increase the separation index of fine mineral.
