摘　　要：随着发展中国家现代化程度的不断提高,发展中国家自己的新闻学理论——发展新闻学已引发更多关注。本论文中的发展新闻学,就是研究新闻传播应如何为发展中国家全面发展服务(国内)及其在实现更公平的信息传播秩序中的作用(国际)的新闻学理论。本文第一次将发展新闻学明确地划分为两个阶段和酝酿期、形成期、成长期、缓慢期(某些领域停滞期)、重构期五个时期,以为新时期发展新闻学的研究提供经验借鉴和论据支持。Along with the modern degree of developing countries rise constantly, development journalism caused more and more concern. The development journalism in this paper is the study on the services of news communication in national development and the role of news communication in achieving the new world information and communication order. This paper divided clearly development journalism into two stages and five periods-the gestation phase, forming phase, growth phase, slowness phase （stagnant phase of some areas）, reconstruction phase.
