摘　　要：医院隐性知识是医院保持其核心竞争力的关键,因此,加强医院隐性知识管理对医院的生存、发展具有重要意义。本文试图规避以往从行为学角度对医院隐性知识进行管理的一些障碍,侧重于加强医院隐性知识的共享与利用,有针对性地提出组建医学专家虚拟团队会诊和构建案例库两种方式,以期为医院隐性知识的管理提供一个新的视角。Hospital tacit knowledge is the key factor to maintain the hospital＇s core competence, therefore, strengthening hospital tacit knowledge management is quite important for its suvvival and development. This paper tries to evade the obstacles of hospital tacit knowledge from the point of previous behaviouristics, and proposes two ways which are organizing experts virtual-team consultation and setting up a case-base to enhance the knowledge sharing and utilization, as well as hope to provide a new perspective for hospital tacit knowledge management based on the above analysis.
