摘　　要：阐述了俄罗斯情报学界的情报过程观,概括了情报过程角度的俄罗斯情报学研究框架。文章分别从这样几个方面进行了探讨:情报系统中的情报过程;生物界、人类社会和技术领域的情报过程;人类生活中的情报过程;管理过程就是纯粹的情报过程。The paper discusses the information process outlook in information community of Russian, summarized the information science research framework of Russia in the information process. The paper discusses separately from such several aspects： the information process of information system; the information process of the Nature, the human society and the technology; the information process of the Human life; the management process is pure intormation process.
