摘  要:佛山市西樵大桥扩建工程基础位于深水、高流速、流向紊乱环境下,大型起重设备无法到达施工水域,且双壁钢吊箱安装对接困难,经综合分析该工程大型高桩承台采用单壁钢吊箱方案施工。钢吊箱在施工现场加工并拼装,采用4台液压泵站、16台千斤顶成功实现同步下放及精确定位,通过拉压杆系统完成受力转换,施工的承台平面位置、尺寸、高程等均满足要求。该工艺具有施工难度小、设备要求低、定位精确等优点,同时可缩短工期,降低施工成本。The foundation of the extension project of Xiqiao Bridge in Foshan is built under the condition of deep water, high flow velocity and disordered flow environment, the large scale hoisting equipment is not able to reach the construction water area, and the installation and butt jointing of the double-wall steel suspension box is difficult, therefore, based on comprehensive a- nalysis, the construction of the large scale high-rise pile cap of this project is carried out by a sin- gle wall steel suspension box scheme. The steel suspension box was fabricated and assembled at the construction site, four hydraulic pump stations and 16 lifting jacks were exploited to realize the synchronous lowering and precise positioning of the suspension box. The force transformation was completed via tension-compression member system, and the plane position, dimension and el- evation of the pile cap all meet the design requirement. The construction technique is character- ized by little construction difficulty, low requirement for equipment and precise positioning, at the same time, it can help shorten construction time and reduce construction cost.
