摘  要:嘉绍大桥主航道桥为(70+200+5×428+200+70)m六塔四索面钢箱梁斜拉桥,钢箱梁采用280t变幅吊机安装。为分析吊装过程中变幅吊机的强度、稳定性,针对钢箱梁提升高度、重量及风荷载大小,确定了主要构件的计算工况,采用MIDAS Civil程序计算主要构件的最大应力,并采用特征值屈曲计算方法得出对应工况下的稳定安全系数。计算结果表明,变幅吊机强度、稳定性均满足要求。The main navigational part of Jiashao Bridge is designed as a steel[ box girder cable- stayed bridge with six pylons and four cable planes, the steel box girder is erected by the 280 t swing-mast crane. To analyze the strength and stability of the swing-mast crane in the erection of the girder, the load cases for the main components in calculation are determined in light of the raising height and the self-weight of the steel box girder as well as the scale of the wind load. The MIDAS Civil programme is adopted to calculate the maximum stress of the mai:n component, and the stability safety coefficient of the components under corresponding load case are calculated by the eigenvalue buckling calculation method. The results of the calculation demonstrate that the strength and stability of the swing-mast crane meet the relevant requirements.
