摘  要:目的观察早期介入中医传统康复疗法配合现代康复训练治疗脑卒中患者足下垂的疗效,为临床提供一个确实可行的、有效的综合康复疗法。方法将入选患者随机分成两组,每组各18例。A组为早期介入电针、推拿、中药泡脚配合现代康复训练组即治疗组,B组为单纯现代康复训练组即对照组。两组患者都在神经内科常规对症治疗及支持治疗的基础上同时进行康复训练。结果将小腿三头肌的痉挛程度、胫前肌肌力、足背屈的角度、步行能力、ADL评定进行两组比较;治疗3个月时,A组与B组有显著性差异,A组优于B组(P<0.01)。结论早期介入传统中医康复的现代康复治疗对脑卒中后足下垂有明显疗效。To observe the efficacy of early combination of Traditional Chinese Medicine rehabilitation therapy and modem rehabilitation to patients with stroke foot drop and provide a practical, effective and comprehen- sive rehabilitation therapy for clinical. [ Methods ] Selected patients were randomly divided into two groups, 18 cas- es in each group. Patients in Group A, the treatment group, were treated with modem rehabilitation combined with early electro-acupuncture, massage and Traditional Chinese Medicine foot bath. Group B with modem rehabilitation only was the control group. The two groups of patients carried on rehabilitation training on the basis of symptomatic treatment and supportive care in the same time, which were conventional treatments in Department of Neurology. [Results] After three-months treatment, there're significant differences between Group A and Group B in terms of spastieity of the triceps surae, tibialis anterior muscle strength, foot dorsiflexion angle, walking ability and ADL as- sessment respectively; Patients in Group A performed better than those in Group B (P 〈0.01). [Conclusion] The combination of modem rehabilitation with early Traditional Chinese Medicine rehabilitation has significant effects to patients suffer from stroke foot drop.
