摘  要:基于长管法搭建多次喷射喷油规律测试系统,在验证其准确性的基础上,对多种2次和3次喷射方式进行喷油规律研究.发现实际喷射间隔小于设定的喷射间隔,并随着上一次喷射体积分数的增加而减小;每次喷射中喷油速率和喷油持续时间随着设定的喷油体积分数的增大而增加;调制出3种不同的3次喷射方式,并测试出其喷油规律;针对3次喷射和单次喷射,进行喷雾试验,发现3次喷射方式中的后两次喷射喷雾发展速度比第1次快,贯穿距和体积较第1次喷射时大,雾束平均燃空当量比比第1次喷射时小.不同方式下的3次喷射的雾束平均燃空当量比基本都小于1,整体雾化效果比单次喷射要好,其中均布式的3次喷射方式综合雾化效果最好.Based on the long tube method, the injection rate test system for the multiple injection is estab- lished. The test system is a high accurate measurement. The injection rate tests for different kinds of the twice and thrice injections are conducted. Results show that the actual injection interval is shorter than the set injection interval. And the actual injection interval decreases with increasing former injected fuel vol- ume percentage. Injection rate and period increase with increasing injected fuel volume percentage. Injec- tion rates for three kinds of thrice injection are measured. Spray experiments for the single and thrice injec- tions are conducted. Results show that the spray developing speeds of the second and third times are faster than the first one. Spray tip penetrations and volumes of the second and third times are larger than that of the first, but spray average fuel/air equivalence ratio is less than that of the first. Spray average fuel/air equivalence ratios of the three kinds of thrice injections are less than one, and smaller than that of single injection. Overall effect of fuel atomization and fuel-air mixing for uniform type of the thrice injection is the best.
