摘 要:在EMS中,由于刀闸的类型和信息噪声的影响,SCADA系统采集的刀闸状态存在信息不全和错误现象,一直困扰着状态估计的精度和电力系统实时分析软件的正常运行和分析结果的准确度。对与开关具有串接关系的刀闸,根据电力系统运行规则以及遥测量和遥信之间的逻辑关系,提出了一种刀闸状态自动辨识的实用方法。该方法自动辨识并修正错误的刀闸状态,并对可疑的刀闸状态给出告警信息。通过实际工程应用验证,显著提高了网络拓扑正确性和状态估计的精度。In Energy Manager System (EMS), by the influence of the type of switches and the phenomenon of noise in signal transmission, incomplete information and false signals in switch states exit in the Supervision Control And Data Acquistion (SCADA) system all the time. As a result, the precision of state estimation and the normal operation of power system realtime analysis software and the corectness of analysis result are influenced greatly for a long time. Aiming at switches concatenated with breaker, according to the power system operation rules and the logical relationship between remote measuring and teleeommand values, we establish a method to identify the state of switch collected by the SCADA system. This method can revise the wrong state and give warning information for suspicious state by itself. And the practical application proves that it raises the correctness of network topology and the precision of state estimation greatly.
