摘 要:中高压配电网中大量非线性负荷、冲击性负荷、不对称负荷所带来的电能质量问题已影响到系统的安全稳定运行和用户用电设备的正常工作。深入研究中高压配电网非线性用户的电能质量特性,对电力用户电能质量评估、分析和治理均具有重要的参考价值。在对电力用户用电负荷进行大量实测的基础上,对中高压配电网中十余种典型的电能质量干扰源的用电特性进行了详细的分析、归纳与总结。所得出的各种非线性用户的谐波电流含有率和电压质量数据,可为电力部门电能质量管理和电力用户确定电能质量治理措施提供计算基础和依据。The power quality problems caused by large number of nonlinear load, impact load, and asymmetric load in high and medium voltage distribution networks have affected the safety and stability of power system as well as the normal operation of electric equipment of users. Research of the power quality characteristics of nonlinear power users has important reference value for their power quality assessment, analysis and management. Detailed analysis, induction and summary of the power quality characteristics of more than ten kinds of typical power quality disturbance sources in medium-high voltage distribution networks are conducted based on the field test for electricity users' electric load. The derived harmonic current content and voltage quality data of nonlinear electric users can provide basis and reference for power quality management and power users to determine the management measures.
