甲型H1N1流感患者血清心肌酶学的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨甲型H1N1流感患者血清心肌酶学水平与其疾病严重程度的关系。方法对2009年9月至12月承德市集中收治的206例甲型H1N1流感患者的心肌酶水平进行对比分析。结果危、重症组血清肌酸激酶（CK）、肌酸激酶同工酶（CK—MB）、门冬氨酸氨基转移酶（AST）、乳酸脱氢酶（LDH）高于轻症组（P〈0．05或P〈O．01），甲型H1N1流感的严重程度与血清CK、CK-MB、AST、LDH均呈正相关（r=0．160、0．396、0．181、0．392，P=0．021、0．001、0．009、0．001）。结论监测血清CK、CK—MB、AST、LDH等酶学水平，对判断甲型H1N1流感患者病情的危重程度及预后具有实际意义。Objective To investigate correlation between the severity of illness and the levels of serum myocardial enzymes in patients with H1N1 influenza A virus infection. Methods 206 patients with A HIN1 influenza were enrolled in this study. The levels of serum creatine kinase （CK）, CK-MB, aspartate aminotransferase （AST） and lactic dehydrogenase （LDH） were evaluated. Results Serum myocardial enzymes levels in the severe group were higher than those in the non-severe group （ P d0.05 or P d0.01）. The results indicated that CK, CK-MB, AST and LDH levels were positively correlated with the severity of illness （ r ： 0.160, 0.396, 0.181, 0.392, P ： 0.021, 0.001, 0.009, 0.001）. Conclusions The levels of serum CK, CK-MB, AST and LDFI of the patients with A H1N1 influenza are related to the severity of illness.
