摘　　要：农村居民点整理是增加有效耕地面积,实现耕地"占补平衡"的有效途径。从夏邑县农村居民点用地现状入手,采用人均法、户均法、空闲住宅挖潜法分别测算夏邑县农村居民点整理潜力,为农村居民点整理工作提供了基础依据。Rural residential land consolidation is an effective land and to achieve the requisition-compensation balance of way to increase the effective area of cultivated cultivated land. Based on the analysis for the current situation of rural residential land use in Xiayi County, the consolidation potential of rural residential land in Xiayi County was measured in this paper by land use area per capita method, land use area per household, and vacant house potential tapping method.
