摘　　要：通过对Autocoro312型转杯纺纱机性能及生产实践进行分析,认为该机型的各项性能良好,生产速度在85 000 r/min左右时,其生产效率、成纱质量有很好的保证,小直径纺杯较大直径纺杯的成纱质量优。并提出了生产效率在95%以上的前提下,科学合理地选择生产工艺参数与纺纱元器件,能够确保生产、成纱质量稳定。Through the analysis of Model Autocoro 312 Rotor Spinning Machine with the various indexes and parameters of the facilities and products in production and application, the author determines that all kinds of the performance of this type of machine are better, with a producing rate of around 85000 r/min, a good guarantee in production efficiency and good quality of the final products and better quality in the yams from the small-diameter spinning rotor than the big-diameter spinning rotor. The paper also proposes that under the pre-requisite of 95% production efficiency, the production and process parameters shall be chosen scientifically and reasonably to guarantee the the stable quality of production and yams.
