基于FB41与FB43的夹套锅炉温度控制系统设计

摘　　要：在西门子FB41与FB43软模块平台下,设计了夹套锅炉温度控制系统。首先,对系统的硬件部分进行了设计;接着对FB41与FB43模块的算法进行了介绍并详细阐述了FB41与FB43组合在一起实现控制的过程,在此基础上,对程序进行了设计;最后通过改变给定值与干扰信号对系统进行了验证。结果表明:系统的输出能快速准确地跟踪给定信号,达到了良好的控制效果。Temperature control system of boiler was designed based on FB41 and FB43 module.First the hardware system was designed;then the algorithm of FB41 and FB43 was introduced,and the process of elaborating together with FB41 and FB43 to realize control was introduced;finally the program was designed.On this basis,control system was test by set value and disturbance signal.Results show that：the system output can track the set signal fast and accurately,and the good control effect was achieved.
