摘　　要：目的评价AVE 763尿有形成分分析仪在体液细胞计数中的应用价值。方法留取76例住院病人体液(胸水、腹水、引流液、脑脊液)标本,分别用牛鲍氏计数板手工计数法和AVE 763仪器法进行体液红细胞、白细胞计数。结果 76例体液标本仪器法红细胞计数结果分布范围为0～2.385×105/μl、白细胞计数为0～1.85×105/μl,与手工法的相关系数分别为γ=0.9883、γ=0.9906;新鲜胸水标本红细胞、白细胞计数批内精密度分别为7.9%、12.0%,携带污染率分别为0.1%、0。结论 AVE763尿有形成分分析仪体液细胞计数与手工法有很好的相关性,可使体液细胞计数快速、准确并逐步标准化。Objective To evaluate the performance and clinical application value of AVE-763 urinary sediment automatic analyzer for cell counts of body fluids.Methods RBC and WBC counts,from 76 body fluid samples（pleural,peritoneal,drainage fluids and cerebrospinal fluid）,were respectively determined with Neubauer hemacytometer and the AVE763 urinary sediment automatic analyzer.Results AVE-763 analyzer and the conventional manual measurements showed in good correlations for RBC and WBC counts（γ=0.9883 and 0.9906,respectively）.The coefficients of variation（CV） were 7.9% and 12.0% for RBC and WBC counts with fresh pleural fluid in precision.Carryover rates were 0.1% and 0 for RBC and WBC counts.Conclusion AVE-763 urine sediment analyzer is reliable measurement for certain body fluid parameters such as RBC and WBC.
