摘　　要：为了更好地理解、贯彻落实《煤矿安全规程》(防治水部分)的主要精神和内容,提升我国煤矿防治水整体技术水平,有效遏制重特大水害事故发生,本文介绍了《煤矿安全规程》(防治水部分)的修改背景,并对修改方案与过程进行了说明。同时,根据我国近年来煤矿水害防控取得的成功经验和所发生的重特大水害事故的深刻教训,修改编制了《煤矿安全规程》(防治水部分)的技术要点和标准,对推动我国矿井防治水工作具有重要的理论指导意义和实用价值。In order to better understanding and implement of the main spirit and content in the newly revised ＂Coal Mine Safety Regulations＂ （water control part）, and improve the overall technical level of Cbina＇s mine water control to effectively prevent the fatal and extraordinary serious water inrush accidents, the modification background of the ＂Coal Mine Safety Regulations＂ （water control part） was introduced and the modification scheme and process was described. According to the successful experiences in the water disaster prevention and the profound lessons in the fatal and extraordinary serious water inrush accidents, the main technical points and standards of the ＂Coal Mine Safety Regulations＂ （water control part） were modified.
