摘  要:为突出工程边坡周边边坡的重要性,提高主动防御性,在厘定边坡概念的基础上,提出了水电工程的环境边坡概念。环境边坡是自然边坡的一部分,范围视水工建筑物及其重要程度,失稳地质体的规模及其稳定性、势能及其危险度而定,下界以开口线为准,上界一般可取第一分水岭。在对环境边坡进行地质分析时,更应注重对局部的、个别的、高悬的失稳块体的稳定性调查与评价。In order to highlight the importance of slopes which surrounds the engineering slope and improve their defensive, a new concept of surrounding slope is proposed based on the review of slope concepts and insights for hydropower engineering. The surrounding slope is a part of natural slope and its range is decided by hydropower structures and its importance, the unstable geological body's scale and its stability and the unstable geological body's potential energy and its risk in surrounding slope. The range is usually restricted by the cut line of engineering slope and the first ridge line. In the geological analysis of surrounding slope, the stability of local, individual and high-suspended unstable block should be paid more attention.
