摘  要:国内外面板堆石坝的面板接缝表层止水通常采取的措施为在预留的V形槽内嵌填柔性填料,并在填料外部设盖板对填料加以保护。若采用手工嵌填,质量不易控制。第二代柔性填料挤出机在一代的基础上进行了改进和完善,其挤出速度以可达到20~120 m/h,挤出成形的填料外形美观、内部密实,且通过螺旋挤压加热后,既粘且软,可以很好地与混凝土面和盖板粘接,显著提高了施工质量和施工效率,降低了工人劳动强度。在温泉水电站混凝土面板堆石坝表层止水施工中全面使用,取得了良好效果,具有很好的推广前景。The surface waterproofing of concrete slab joints in CFRD is usually conducted by embedding flexible filler in reserved V-shaped slot and then set cover on the filler as external protection at home and abroad. The filler quality is often not satisfied if that is performed by manual. The new GB filler extrusion machine is improved on the basis of first generation, and the extrusion speed can reach 20-120 m/h. The filler extruded by this new machine is dense and has a good appearance. The filler is also sticky and soft as heated by extrusion machine, and can be tightly bonded with the concrete surface and the cover. The application of machine in the construction of Wenquan CFRD shows the machine can significantly improve quality and efficiency and reduce workload of construction.
