摘 要:对莫代尔/棉混纺针织物进行了酶氧一浴法前处理研究,通过对练漂前后织物的失重率、毛效、白度、顶破强力的测试比较,得到酶氧一浴法前处理最佳工艺为:酶质量浓度1.5 g/L,双氧水质量浓度5 g/L,pH9,练漂温度70℃,练漂时间50 min。采用此工艺对莫代尔/棉混纺针织物进行前处理,织物失重率为1.1%、顶破强力为510.6 N、白度为88.6、毛效为10.3,既能保证混纺针织物的白度和润湿性能,又使得失重和强力损失不会太大。This paper studies the pretreatment of Modal/cotton blended knitted fabrics by enzyme-oxygen one- bath process. At the same time, it tests and compares weight loss rate, the hygroscopic property, whiteness and bursting strength. The related results show that the optimum conditions for the pretreatment of enzyme- oxygen one-bath process are presented as follows: the concentration of enzyme is 1.5 g/L, the concentration of hydrogen peroxide is 5 g/L, pH is 9, scouring and bleaching temperature is 70 ~C and scouring and bleaching time is 50 min. When Modal/cotton blended knitted fabrics is pretreated under the said conditions, the weight loss rate with 1.1%, bursting strength with 510.6 N, whiteness with 88.6 and the hygroscopic property with 10.3 will be obtained. This process will not only ensure whiteness and wettability, but also guarantee small weight loss and strength loss of the Modal/cotton knitted fabrics.
