摘  要:讨论了荷叶天然染料提取的工艺及荷叶提取液对真丝绸的染色工艺,测定了真丝绸的染色效果,优化了荷叶天然染料提取及提取液对真丝绸染色的工艺。结果表明:碱性条件下可以提取到更多的荷叶天然染料,其优化的工艺为:碳酸钠0.150 mol/L、提取温度100℃、提取时间60 min、料液比1∶40;提取液对真丝织物直接染色的优化工艺为:染液pH 3左右、染色温度90℃、染色时间60 min、浴比1∶50。荷叶提取液直接染色真丝绸具有较好的耐摩擦色牢度和一定的耐皂洗色牢度,而媒染可以适当提高染色真丝绸的染色牢度。This thesis discusses the extraction conditions for natural dye from lotus leaves, analyzes the application of the extract of lotus leaves to the dyeing conditions of silk fabrics, tests the dyeing effects of silk and optimizes the extraction of natural dye from lotus leaves as well as the application of the extract to the dyeing conditions. It is found that there are more natural dye can be extracted from lotus leaves in alkaline conditions, whose the optimum conditions are shown as follows: the concentration of Na2CO3 is 0.150 mol/L, natural dye is extracted at 100 ~C for 60 min and the rate of material to liquid is 1 : 40. The optimum conditions for silk direct dyeing with alkaline extract are that the pH value of dye liquor is 3 and fabrics are dyed at 90 ~C for 60 min and the liquor ratio is 1 : 50. Silk dyed by the extract of lotus leaves has favorable rub-resistance color fastness and soaping-resistance color fastness. Besides, mordant dyeing is helpful to improve the color fastness of dyed silk.
