摘  要:研究了负载型Ru/介孔碳催化剂在对苯二胺加氢制备1,4-环己二胺反应的催化性能,包括催化剂载体预处理、反应温度、压力、助剂以及原料浓度等对反应的影响,并考察了Ru/介孔碳催化剂的循环套用性能。结果表明,以盐酸处理过的介孔碳为载体的负载钌催化剂对该反应具有较高催化性能。最佳工艺条件为:以盐酸处理介孔碳为载体的10%Ru/MC催化剂,异丙醇为溶剂,LiOH为助剂,反应温度120℃,压力8 MPa;在此条件下对苯二胺的转化率为100%,1,4-环己二胺的选择性高达92%以上,产物反顺比35∶65。Catalytic performance of mesoporous carbon supported ruthenium catalysts in hydrogenation of 1,4-phenylenediamine to 1,4-phenylenediamine was investigated.The influences of catalyst pretreatment,reaction temperature and pressure,as well as the promoter and the concentration of feed stock on the activity and selectivity were analyzed.The reusable possibility of used catalysts was tested.The results show that ruthenium supported on mesoporous carbon pretreated with hydrochloric acid exhibited higher catalytic activity in the reaction.It is found that 100% conversion of 1,4-phenylenediamine,92% yield of 1,4-diaminocyclohexane with molar ratio of trans-to-cis about 35∶65 were obtained under the optimum conditions of 120 ℃ and 8 MPa with isopropanol as solvent and LiOH sa promoter over a 10%Ru/MC catalyst.
