摘  要:建立液相色谱仪快速检测川楝树皮中川楝素质量分数的方法。最佳提取条件为甲醇体积分数70%、回流温度70℃、回流时间1h;色谱条件为甲醇与水的混合物[V(甲醇)∶V(水)=65∶35)]作流动相,检测波长215nm,流速1.0mL/min,柱温25℃,进样量5μL;川楝素得率2.81‰,添加水平为0.75~3.00mg时,回收率为97.33%~99.33%。该方法能准确快速检测样品川楝素的质量分数。A reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatographic method was developed for determining toosendanin in the bark of Melia toosendan Sieb. et zuccc. The optimum extraction condition for toosendanin was as following: Volume fraction of methanol 70%, extraction temperature 70℃, extraction time 1 h. The method for HPLC assay was with methanol-water IV(methanol) " V(water) =65 " 35] as mobile phase and ultraviolet detector at 215 nm. The column temperature was 25 ℃ and the flow rate was 1 mL/ min, the injection volume was 5ul. The yield of toosendanin is 2.81‰. The recoveries at spiked concentrations of 0.75-3.00 mg ranged from 97.33% to 99.33%. It is showed this method is simple, accurate and can be used for determining toosendanin in the bark of Melia Toosendan Sieb. et Zucc.
