无模悬砌法砌筑沼气池池盖的技术研究

摘　　要：创建一种新的球形沼气池池盖砌筑方法,弥补无模悬砌法的缺陷。采用施工现场试验与数学分析相结合的方法,对无模砌筑法进行技术研究。结果表明,当沼气池的净空高等于曲率半径时,采用该法是适宜的;而当沼气池的净空高大于或小于曲率半径时,采用该法是不适宜的;同时创建的固定悬空圆心法及同心圆弧长比例法,解决了曲率半径不等于净空高的沼气池池盖的砖砌问题。We have created a new laying method of spherical digester pool cover to make up the dieless hanging block method. The paper studies on technologies of dieless masonry method by means of experimental and mathematical analysis methods. Results show that the dieless hanging block method can he used appropriately when clearance tall of biogas pool equals to the radius of curvature of the digester, but can not work when clearance tall is unequal to the radius of curvature of the digester. So, we created fixed dangling circle and concentric arc length ratio law to resolve the radius of curvature is not equal to high clearance digester pools.
