牛黄痔清栓治疗肛窦炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察牛黄痔清栓对肛窦炎的临床疗效。方法:将门诊肛窦炎病人98例随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组50例,对照组48例,分别以牛黄痔清栓纳肛和复方角菜酸酯栓纳肛,对比观察两组各临床症状的疗效。结果:治疗组的总有效率(96.00%)与对照组有效率(79.17%)比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:牛黄痔清栓治疗肛窦炎疗效确切。Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy ofbezoar hemorrhoids thrombus clearance ir treating anal sinusitis. Methods 98 cases were randomly divided into the treated group （50 cases） and the control group （48 cases）. The two groups were respectively treated with the bezoar hemorrhoids thrombus clearance and compound angle carraghenates suppository. Compared the effects of the two groups. Results： Compared the total effective rate of the treated group （96%） and the control group （79.17%）, there was significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The bezoar hemorrhoids thrombus clearance was effective in treating anal sinusitis.
