电针配合刺络拔罐治疗瘀血型腰椎间盘突出症60例临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨电针配合刺络拔罐治疗瘀血型腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:选择64例符合本课题标准的腰椎间盘突出症患者,随机分为治疗组32例和对照组32例。治疗组采用电针配合刺络拔罐,对照组采用单纯电针。均治疗1个月后,系统观察治疗前后两组患者效应评价指标(简化McGill疼痛问卷、VAS视觉模拟评分、试验完成情况)的变化,评价其临床应用价值。结果:治疗后两组总体疗效、各项评分组间有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:电针配合刺络拔罐治疗腰椎间盘突出症是一种非常有效的方法。Obiective： To discuss the clinical efficacy on treating prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc of blood stasis syndrome by EA plus pricking and cupping. Methods： 64 patients according to diagnostic criteria in our study were randomly divided into treatment group （32cases） and control group （32cases）. The treatment group were treated with EA plus pricking and cupping, while control group were given acupuncture treatment. To observe the change of the effect evaluate indexes （simplified McGill pain questionnaire, visual analogue scale, experiment accomplishment circumstances） and evaluate the application value in clinical after one month. Results： The overall effect and scores of indexes in two groups were significantly different （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Treating prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc by EA plus pricking and cupping is a very effective method.
